Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We are not obligated to provide refunds for any unused subscription time or credits.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Venus harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
